Responsibilities:

• Coordinating qualitative research;
• Carrying out and conducting focus groups and in-depth interviews;
• Monitoring data collection;
• Processing and graphic formatting of the results of the qualitative research;
• Data analysis and interpretation.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in marketing, economy, sociology or communication (completed or on the third year of studies)
• Experience in a similar domain is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of basic statistics and SPSS software will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Romanian; English and/or Russian

Mystery Shopping (mystery customer) represents an instrument used by Magenta Consulting in order to evaluate objectively the quality of service in stores, banks, pharmacies etc.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Desire to work;
• Developed sense of observation;
• Good memory;
• Communication skills;
• Responsibility;
• Punctuality;
• Availability to travel to other cities of the country.

Description of activities:

• Studying the scenario indicted by the project coordinator;
• Visiting venues/stores just like an usual customer;
• Objective evaluation of service according to pre-established criteria;
• Filling in a questionnaire at the end of the visit based on own observations.
