Evolution of a specialist at Magenta
The initial stage: position of junior consultant. In order to apply, the candidates do not need prior training: only responsibility, dedication and attention to details. The first six months the junior consultant has a mentor from among the senior consultants. The mentor will teach the disciple to set the objectives of the research, to formulate correctly a questionnaire, to work with software for processing the collected data and to analyze the data. After half a year, the junior consultant will know how to write the first reports. In average, this stage of development of the specialist lasts 1-1.5 years.
Subsequently, after the employee passes the junior stage, he/she takes over the entire process of a research and communicates directly with the clients. Becoming in 3-4 years a senior consultant, the employee can manage several complex projects simultaneously. At this moment the specialist begins to provide services of consulting in strategic marketing.

Apply to Magenta
We invite specialists with economic or sociologic background to apply to Magenta. The age and experience of the potential candidate doesn’t matter. Since the universities from Moldova do not train experts in commercial and social studies, the new employee will learn many things from scratch. Initially, the salary may seem modest. But if the junior consultant is diligent and perseverant, in already a year the salary will increase considerably. Renegotiation of remuneration is made every year.
It is important to understand that in the first six months, the company invests in the employee a lot more that it benefits as a result of his/her work. The time the junior consultant spends with his/her mentor is costly, and the acquired experience – very valuable.
The selection process is made in two steps. The first step involves friendly interviews which allow us to get to know the candidates and to understand their development potential. Subsequently, twenty potential employees will be invited for a 5 day training. During this training the candidates will find out basic marketing, research, positioning, PR and communication information. The training will be completed with a short exam, and the best will be employed.
