Business Start - Training organised for AIESEC
The Magenta Consulting team has a young soul and is supportive for Moldovan youth, as an argument there is the sustainable partnership between Magenta Consulting and the AIESEC organization. Magenta Consulting always accepted the invitations of AIESEC to carry out trainings for the participants of the projects initiated by AIESEC. Within the trainings on Business Start were tackled such subjects as: launching a business, marketing and competitors’ analysis, market volume, market research, determining the marketing and sales strategy, financial planning and analysis. Also, within trainings there were brought up arguments on the need of planning for activities and business plan development, which are to be the core documents for the activity of any company. The participants showed interest for the subjects tackled and appreciated the practical aspects of the trainings.
